Product Team Lead
What You'll Do
- Oversee and mentor a team of product managers, guiding product strategies, roadmaps, and professional development.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Partner with different departments to craft go-to-market strategies (Marketing and R&D) to define technical requirements and prioritize initiatives.
- Manage all stages of our future product’s lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the AI and dating apps industry.
- Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals and priorities.
- Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform decision-making and measure product success.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of features and capabilities post-launch.
- Oversee Agile processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.

What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, including B2C products in a startup environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- A deep understanding of app development, AI and LLM models, product development, subscription models, and customer engagement.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Strong business understanding and ability to align product strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Experience working closely with marketing teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies.
- Familiarity with R&D processes and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Highly analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving, especially under tight deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven company.
- A great communicator who can convey clear messages in English.

QA Manager (part time)
What You'll Do
- Test automation experience on iOS/Android platforms
- Participate in testing client-server services developed for our product
- Work with logs of integrated functionality
- Participate in the release process of new features and support new product releases
- Keep test documentation up-to-date; create test coverage for the modules and new products being released.
- Submit bug reports and test reports to the bug-tracking system.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.
- Be an essential part of our growing startup family.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in testing mobile applications (Android, iOS) and APIs.
- Experience with application traffic analyzing tools.
- Experience with large volumes of logs (must be able to view logs on the server and get logs from a mobile device).
- Understanding the application lifecycle and how mobile OS function.
- Experience in writing and supporting test documentation; ability to compose checklists and test cases.
- Experience in applying various test design techniques.
- Knowledge of the principles of client-server applications.
- Understanding the responsibility taken for the products and services released.
- Knowledge of the principles of http and https protocols, JSON, and ability to work with Postman.
- Enthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven company.
- A great communicator who can clearly convey messages in English.
